Using the courses manager
Use the courses manager page to view, add, delete, hide, and revert courses in your site.
You can include courses created by instructors using iTunes U Course Manager for the iTunes U app for iPad, iPhone or iPod touch in your site.
The courses manager page is divided into the following tables:
Active courses. The active courses table displays all courses in your site that are live and visible to your users when you publish (including courses you unhide).
Hidden courses. The hidden courses table displays all courses in your site that are hidden, or to be hidden, from your users when you publish.
To be deleted courses. The to be deleted courses table displays all currently live and visible but marked for deletion courses. iTunes U Public Site Manager deletes these courses when you publish. For a new course page, iTunes U Public Site Manager immediately deletes the course page.
The courses manager tables display the state of your site as it will appear in the iTunes Store after you next publish your site.
You can change the order in which courses are displayed in the courses manager page. To sort courses, click a column heading. For example, to sort courses by title, click the Title column heading. To reverse the sort order, click the column heading again. For more information, see “Sorting courses.”
Note: If you are a contributor, you can use the courses manager page to view, add, delete, hide, and revert courses in your site. If you need to do more than these actions as a contributor, contact your iTunes U Public Site Manager administrator.
