Previewing your provider page

You can preview your provider page as an iTunes and iPad page to view your changes before you publish them live to your users.

To preview your provider page:

1. Click Pages at the top of iTunes U Public Site Manager.

2. Do one of the following:

   • Click the Preview button in the provider page Status column to view the iTunes version of your provider page.

   • Click your provider page title, and then do one of the following in the configurable provider page:

     • Click iTunes under the View Preview menu item to view the iTunes version of your provider page.

     • Click iPad: iOS 6 or pre-iOS 6 under the View Preview menu item to view the iPad version of your provider page.

   In the configurable provider page, you can also use the Preview buttons in the Layout Guide.

Before publishing, you can also click the Preview button for your provider page and the iTunes Preview and iPad Preview buttons in the publish manager page.

Previewing an iTunes U Public Site Manager page provides you with the opportunity to verify visual elements of your page such as design, layout, navigation, and content. You cannot verify all content links and functionality. In this way, you can stage and test (note not all navigational elements work in preview) your page before publishing the page live to your users in the iTunes Store.
